Quality assurance

Each Degree Program includes a Quality Assurance (QA) or Review Group, responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting the Degree Program Board in the review process and preparing both the Annual Monitoring Report (SMA) and the Cyclical Review Report;
• Defining and implementing improvement actions in coordination with the Departmental QA Coordinator;
• Monitoring the outcomes of the improvement actions undertaken;
• Analyzing the content of the Annual Report from the School Joint Committee, with particular attention to the study program and, more broadly, to the quality of teaching and related services.

The QA Group is chaired by the Program Coordinator (or their delegate) and includes student representatives, whose presence is mandatory.
