OFA (Additional Learning Requirements) are remedial activities assigned to students who do not achieve a sufficient score in certain core subjects, such as Mathematics and Physics, in the TOLC-I admission test. You can still enroll even if you are assigned OFA, but you will need to fulfill these requirements within a set period. Until you do, you will have some restrictions, including not being allowed to take exams within the study program.
